My Royal Visit

Princess Alyeskya is too darling and I can't express how delightful it is to hold and play with a tiny baby kitten again!  I'm just so in love with this darling scrap of fur.  I literally sat down just inside the doorway and she and I played for 20 minutes while my friend got ready for our lunch.  I didn't want to leave when it was time to go.

Next time I think we will have a sleep over.  I would gladly boot out my giants in favor of this tiny apertif for the evening.  Is that bad??

My good friend Vickie (The Vet) just adopted this little darling Cali Girl!

Her name is quite something so of course 

she had to have a Royal Catnip Quilt 

from yours truly. 

Vickie's husband named her, here's the story: 

Bob named her Alyeska (which is the original Aleut way of spelling Alaska). I'm all for that, but you know she will end up being called Aly and that is so common. So her full name is "Her Royal Highness, Princess Alyeska Analise, Duchess of Aurora Borealis", (Aurora Borealis being where all Calicos come from.) Nothing common about that!
